MODESTO, California (June 3, 2026) — Modesto Jet has successfully enrolled as a Registered Operator. The Registered Operator safety data network is an essential component of our Aviation Compliance Enhancement System (ACES). As part of this network, Registered Operators voluntarily share Safety Management System (SMS) and ERP information with WYVERN, demonstrating a commitment to transparency and an open approach to safety data.

Registered Operators are visible to thousands of industry users, including brokers, corporations, and fellow air charter operators seeking trusted operational partners. This visibility supports informed decision-making and helps reduce the risk of illegal charter by promoting safety transparency across the industry. Users can evaluate operators through WYVERN’s Pilot and Aircraft Safety Survey (PASS) report and conduct deeper research using WYVERN’s proprietary Safety Intelligence Report (SIR), which verifies legal operating authority, pilot experience, aircraft condition, enforcement actions, incidents, and accident history.

To further support safety leadership and organizational culture, Registered Operators are eligible for a complimentary annual safety culture analysis, SMS evaluation, and training through WYVERN’s world-class Safety Leader Training Course.
